On Tuesday night, Rahman took to his X handle to share the news with his fans. “We had hoped to reach the grand thirty, but all things, it seems, carry an unseen end. Even the throne of God might tremble at the weight of broken hearts. Yet, in this shattering, we seek meaning, though the pieces may not find their place again. A Marriage Arranged Amidst Busy Schedules

AR Rahman once shared in an interview how his marriage to Saira was arranged by his mother during a particularly busy period of his life. “To be honest, I didn’t have time to search for a bride. I was busy with films, including Rangeela in Bombay. But I knew it was the right time to get married. I was 29 and told my mother, ‘Find me a bride,’” he recalled.
